Comprehensive Birth Doula Package Standard: $2000- Two 1.5-HR Prenatal Visits to your home where we get to know each other and create birth plans
- Unlimited phone and text communication within the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM
- Unlimited email communication, emails returned within 24 hours
- 24/7 ON-CALL support beginning about 38 weeks until your baby is born
- IN-PERSON Labor Support (incl. home & birth place support, subject to timing)
- 1.5 HRS Post-birth Support during "Golden Hour" (bonding & newborn feeding support)
- Two 1.5-HR Postpartum Visits for further bonding, newborn feeding, sleeping, and care support:
- One visit around day 3 or 4 + one visit around the 2-week point
- $50 discount on Childbirth Education Classes
- $50 discount on Placenta Encapsulation
- Most popular for:
- Parents who have had a baby before
- Parents who have been through my BRM Assessment, Tools, & Movement Planning with previous birth(s) and feel confident with their plans for current pregnancy and birth.
Birth Doula + Body Ready Method Prep Package: $2400- All above items
- Additional 3-HRS in visits for: Body Ready Method Assessment and Tools & Movement Plan
- Typically entails one additional 2-HR visit + 30 minutes added to regular prenatal visits to address Tools & Movement Plan.
- Additional 30 min at each postpartum visit to address healing and Postpartum Movement Plan
- Most popular for:
- 1st time parents
- Those choosing new birth plans/goals/location for subsequent births
- New clients to Belly Blossom Doula interested in progressing through pregnancy and labor with more ease and comfort, by prioritizing balance in the body's soft tissues, increasing mobility in the whole body and addressing daily movement and resting habits.
A La Carte:- Two 2-hour Body Ready Method Asessment, Tools & Movement Plan Visits: $450
- Includes Partner Support Techniques + Birth Plan Template
- Ideal for those:
- Who chose package 1 and would like additional visits
- Who chose package 2 and would like additional visits
- 1st time parents who do not want IN-PERSON doula support
- Postpartum Support:
- Includes: Breastfeeding/Feeding Support, folding laundry, loading dishwasher, newborn holding while you shower or bathe (1-2-HR blocks ONLY)
- Daytime visit between the hours of 9 AM & 1 PM: $50/HR
- Afternoon/Evening visit between the hours of 3 PM & 7 PM: $75/HR
- Older childcare not included
- Placenta Encapsulation, pick-up & delivery: $250
- Organic Coconut & Olive Oil, Beeswax, and Essential Oil Salve of your choice: $25 ea
- Tincture (jar, alcohol, & glass amber jar w/dropper + instructions: $40
